Factory resetting
Need to begin once again? In case you're passing your phone on to another person or simply need a new beginning, you can factory reset your phone. It's not a venture to be taken daintily. Factory resetting your phone will erase all your data. It gives back the phone to the state it was in before the first occasion when you turned it on.Make certain to move down data (contacts and records) that you need to keep before you factory reset your phone.
Performing a factory reset via settings
1. From the main Home screen, press OPTIONS, and then tap Settings > Security > Factory reset.
2. Enter “1234”, and then tap OK.
